Steph Curry Life Size Bobble
When the Golden State Warriors and Candytopia were dreaming up the new Hooptopia exhibit next to Chase Center, every experience inside was created with Dub Nation fanatics in mind! Some of the great exhibits at Hooptopia include a simulation of the Warriors’ draft day war room, a replicated portion of the Splash bros area of the locker room, to a dunk zone where adoring fans are fitted with a harness so the can dunk like their favorite ballers. Warrior faithful fans can even have a faux celebration complete with confetti and spraying champagne like the champs do.
The exhibit is a once in a life-time opportunity for fans to pose for pictures wearing their favorite gear and have memories that will last forever. The cutout of league commissioner Adam Silver on the draft night stage is hilarious, but what would this exhibit be without paying homage to Steph Curry?
That’s where the folks at Life-Size Bobble enter the scene as we were tapped to recreate one of the most famous photos in sports history. You know the one where Curry just shrugs and holds his arms up in disbelief of his shooting skills. The exhibit actually features two Life-Size bobbleheads, one with the head on and the second with the head off so fans can snap a photo and upload it to social media.
The irony in working on this marquis project, is that it was not the first Curry Life-size bobble head produced. LifeSizeBobble.com had the pleasure of making a bobblehead of Steph’s father, Del Curry, for the Charlotte Hornets.
